MM IT Section

(a)	The responsibility of Material Management Section is procurement of items for DCPW Head quarters (offices within Delhi) & 31 ISPW Stations through GeM Portal by Direct Purchase, Bidding & Reverse Auction as per the demand received from the Store Section.
(b)	The responsibility of IT Section of this Directorate is enumerated as under:-
(i)	Maintenance and Operation of LAN Network & Server at HQ. Building.
(ii)	Maintenance and updation of DCPW website.
(iii)	Maintenance and Operation of CCTV system in DCPW HQ. and offices of DCPW at Delhi.
(iv)	Maintenance and Operation of BAS (Biometric Attendance System) in DCPW HQ. and its 31 ISPW Stations.
(v)	Operation and Maintenance of PA system and Projectors for arranging meetings, conferences and practical demonstrations of Radio equipments etc. in DCPW HQ.
(vi)	Providing Technical support (IT related) Services to different Sections of DCPW HQ. and its associated offices at Delhi.
